Arkadiusz Satro is a Senior Electrical Design Engineer with over a decade of experience in electrical building services design across the retail, industrial, refrigeration, education, MoD, MoJ and healthcare sectors. His experience combines technical design expertise with practical on-site knowledge, developed through close involvement in project delivery, installation and commissioning.

Since joining Orwell Design Associates, Arkadiusz has played a key role in delivering major refurbishment and new-build projects for leading UK retailers, overseeing electrical design from concept through to construction. As a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET), he is committed to delivering coordinated, practical and technically robust engineering solutions that support successful project delivery and long-term operational performance.
