Noah Fitch joined us in 2026 as a Trainee Applications Engineer. With a background in freelance CAD design, he brings hands-on 3D modelling experience and a strong interest in developing his expertise within the refrigeration industry.

As he begins his journey in refrigeration system design, Noah is combining his modelling skills with technical learning to support the growth of BIM capability within the team.
