Sharon has over 30 years' experience in refrigeration system design, development and engineering. Holding a PhD in Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer, she has built an international career spanning academia, research and commercial refrigeration, bringing extensive technical expertise to both retail and industrial projects.

Having worked with leading organisations across the UK and China, Sharon now provides technical support across multiple teams, specialising in complex system design and industrial tendering. Her experience includes major projects for clients such as Aldi and Lidl, helping deliver practical, efficient and innovative refrigeration solutions.
