Steve is our Design Office Compliance and QA Manager, and has over 42 years’ experience in the refrigeration industry. His career spans service, installation, maintenance and consultancy, including time as a resident technician within major retail environments.

Over the past 15 years, Steve has focused on compliance and quality assurance, supporting PESR and O&M requirements across retail and industrial projects. Known for his attention to detail and structured approach, he plays a key role in maintaining high standards of compliance and quality across the business.
